Sandy Man

"Sandy Man" 6 x 8
Sandy showed up one day....he was abandoned on the road and decided to adopt our family. We have had him for at least 14 years, so no telling how old he is now. He was always quiet and mellow, but definitely "alpha" as they say...he's just always there, alert to every wind and movement on the farm. This is his usual pose, now...he has really bad hips from jumping the fence for years. We pamper Sandy these days...I wonder what he thinks of this Last Year on the Farm? (I promise to start posting the Winter Day...24 paintings in 24 Hours ...TOMORROW!

beautiful painting...love the colors and the way you got the dog's personality. The sketch of the dog yesterday wasn't to shabby, either!

I love this picture! looks like my ole dog Sam who passed a few years ago - he was almost 13. Is it for sale?
